Privacy notice

1. Data controller
GRUBTEC ("GRUBTEC"), located at TODO: domicilio fiscal completo, Ciudad de México, México, email ventas@grubtec.mx, is responsible for the processing and protection of your personal data under Mexico's Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (the "Law").
2. Data we collect
- Identification and contact: name, email, phone and organization.
- Employment data: role or department and type of organization.
- Technical data: information about your infrastructure or processes shared with us to prepare a proposal.
- Billing data: legal name, tax ID, tax regime, address and bank details, only if you become a client.
- Browsing data: IP address, browser type and pages visited, collected automatically.
3. Sensitive data
GRUBTEC does not collect or process sensitive personal data.
4. Purposes
Primary purposes, necessary for our relationship: answering your requests, preparing technical and commercial proposals, delivering and invoicing contracted services, running the help desk, and complying with legal, tax and contractual obligations.
Secondary purposes, not necessary: sending you news about services or technical content, and running satisfaction surveys and internal statistics. To opt out, email ventas@grubtec.mx with the subject "Limitación de uso". Your refusal will never be grounds for denying you a service.
5. Transfers
We do not sell your personal data. We may transfer it, without requiring your consent in the cases set out in the Law, to competent authorities upon a founded request, and to accountants, legal advisors and auditors for legal and tax compliance. We also use providers acting as processors on our behalf — email, website hosting, messaging and analytics — bound by confidentiality and instructed to process data solely on our behalf.
6. ARCO rights
You may request Access to your data, Rectification when it is inaccurate or incomplete, Cancellation when you believe it is not being used in line with the Law's principles, and Opposition to specific uses. Send your request to ventas@grubtec.mx with your full name, a reply channel, a copy of valid official ID, a clear description of the data and the right you are exercising, and any element that helps locate the data. We reply within 20 business days and, where the request is granted, make it effective within the following 15 business days. Exercising these rights is free of charge.
7. Withdrawing consent
You may withdraw your consent at any time through the same procedure. In some cases we cannot act immediately due to legal obligations, and withdrawal may mean we can no longer provide the service.
8. Limiting use and disclosure
You may ask to be added to our exclusion list by writing to ventas@grubtec.mx, after which you will stop receiving promotional messages.
9. Cookies
This site uses cookies and similar technologies to remember your language preference and gather aggregate usage statistics that do not identify you individually. You can disable cookies in your browser settings; some site features may stop working correctly.
10. Security
We apply reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards: TLS encryption in transit, role-based access control, periodic backups and confidentiality agreements with our staff.
11. Changes
This notice may change due to new legal requirements or changes in our operations. Any change will be published on this page with the date of the latest update.
12. Supervisory authority
If you believe your right to personal data protection has been infringed, you may file a complaint with the competent Mexican data protection authority.
