We deploy and manage Nextcloud on your server or on dedicated infrastructure. It works like the commercial clouds — synced desktop folder, mobile app, shareable links — but the storage is yours and the cost does not grow with every new hire.

Where your data lives

This is the difference that matters when you handle clinical records, client tax information or public procurement documentation: you decide which server and which country the files sit in. There is no third-party privacy policy that might change next year.

Real control over who sees what

Permissions per folder, team or project. Download links with passwords and expiry dates, so a file shared with a vendor is not still reachable three years later. Plus access logs: who opened what, and when.

Without losing what already works

We migrate existing content from Google Drive, Dropbox or OneDrive keeping the folder structure. People keep working the same way: drag a file into a folder and it syncs. The learning curve is close to zero.

Recovering from everyday mistakes

Someone overwrites a document or deletes a whole folder. With versioning and a recovery bin, that takes a minute instead of becoming an emergency call.
